STRESS IS A KILLER

When under stress the heart rate increases, adrenaline flows and the blood pressure soars. The body's stress reaction can cause headaches, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression and a variety of other psychological problems.

Prolonged stress exhausts the body, making it susceptible to illnesses such as ulcers, heart attacks and other life altering ailments. Researchers suspect that stress can even increase the risk of cancer.
